Chris Knight is a born and raised Denton County native who brings a rare combination of financial expertise, local knowledge, and genuine human connection to every client he works with. A proud University of North Texas alumnus, Chris joined forces with his lifelong friend and fellow UNT graduate Austin Shirley to build something rooted in trust and integrity at Aquila Verde Real Estate.
Before entering real estate Chris worked as a stockbroker and investment adviser, giving him a sharp eye for value and a deeper understanding of what property means to a client’s overall financial picture. That background informs every conversation he has and every recommendation he makes.
Chris is a proud father whose personal journey has shaped him into someone who leads with empathy and authenticity. He is not here to sell you something. He is here to help you make one of the most important decisions of your life with someone you can actually trust by your side.
